Human Resource Services: Tips for submitting HRA claims; Health screenings and diabetes presentation; Register for Fall Break training

HRA Tips and Forms for Submitting Medical/Dental Claims:

If you are covered by Whitworth’s CORE medical plan through Group Health, you can learn about the HRA reimbursement process by visiting the following link:
http://www.whitworth.edu/Administration/HumanResources/Benefits&Wellness/Index.htm.

Once there, click on the Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) link in the Medical/Dental Benefits list for helpful information on how to log into the Flex Plan Services site, how to process your claims and claim forms.

Did you know?
  • If you have made a co-pay or Rx purchase and want to receive reimbursement from your HRA account, you don’t need an EOB (explanation of benefits) to process that co-pay and Rx purchase through our third-party administrator, Flex Plan Services. You simply need your receipt.
  • You MUST have an EOB to process any medical claims. You will find a copy of your EOB at this link that you can download from the Group Health site. http://www.ghc.org/
  • You may submit non-covered dental bills for reimbursement for the 2010-11 plan year.
  • You may also submit eyeglass or contact lens payments for reimbursement through your HRA. For dental and eye coverage reimbursements you should submit an itemized receipt or billing.
Once you have reviewed the HRA information provided, please contact JoAnn Fox at x4413 if you have any questions or difficulty in processing your reimbursements.
